Marketplace & Purchase Terms

Who you're buying from
EveryPetHaven's store has two kinds of items:
- Sold by EveryPetHaven — we stock, ship, and handle returns. Includes products a free-tier maker submitted and we chose to stock.
- Sold by an independent Seller — a maker on a paid plan lists and sells directly. The contract of sale is between you and that Seller. EveryPetHaven provides the storefront and payment processing but is not the seller and is not responsible for the item, its safety, or its fulfilment.
Each product page shows who the seller is. If it's an independent Seller, their terms and returns policy apply to that purchase.
Payments & pricing
Prices include the seller's price; taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions (Haven Box, seller plans) renew until cancelled.
Returns & refunds
For items sold by EveryPetHaven, see Shipping & Returns. For items sold by an independent Seller, the Seller's return policy governs; we will help mediate through our complaint process but the refund decision rests with the Seller unless the law provides otherwise.
Problems with an order
Contact the Seller first. If that doesn't resolve it, file a complaint and we'll help facilitate a resolution. EveryPetHaven is a marketplace facilitator, not a party to the sale, and is not liable for a Seller's goods.
