Verification & Trust

How we verify pros
Before a groomer, vet, trainer, or sitter's corner goes live, we screen:
- Identity — a real person or registered business behind the corner.
- Insurance — current liability cover appropriate to the trade.
- Licence / credentials — where a licence, registration, or certification is required (e.g. veterinary practice).
Verified corners show a Verified badge. We may re-verify periodically and remove the badge if cover lapses.
Verification is not an endorsement
A Verified badge means we checked the items above at a point in time. It is not a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of a Provider's skill, results, or conduct, and it does not make EveryPetHaven responsible for their services. Always use your own judgement and read reviews (which come only from completed, paid bookings).
Members
Shopper and member accounts are not identity-verified. Feed posts are moderated before they appear.
Report a concern
If a pro's credentials look wrong, or a badge seems misplaced, tell us and we'll investigate.
